We offer young players around the world between 14 and 19 years old with a once-in-a-lifetime experience to reach the highest level of sports performance and gain the tools and skills necessary to achieve success, focused on introducing the habits and structure of a professional soccer environment.

WHO WE ARE?

TNGS is a high-performance soccer academy located in Valencia, Spain with more than 12 years of experience. Our aim is to help young players (from 14 to 18+ years old) to reach their maximum sporting potential thanks to our unique, validated, and innovative methodology based on training strategies and a philosophy focused on personal development.

TNGS 10TH MONTH PROGRAM
INCLUDES:

• Accommodation in our residence located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Valencia, Spain

• Daily high-performance training in top of the edge sporting facilities (Polytechnic University of Valencia)

• Food, transportation, logistics and physiotherapy

• Players can also do a couching course certified by the UEFA.

• Support with the student visa process and medical insurance

• Our unique educational program based on 3 pillars ( languages, NG skills (soft skills) and academics (Digital High School for students under 17 or who didn't finish yet, for those who already finished we offer other options).

•The opportunity to live the real competition of Spanish soccer by playing in local clubs.

SRATEGY FOR ATHLETIC VISIBILITY

  • We record matches, training sessions and create videos to use for player exposure. We also participate every year in different tournaments where scouts often attend  such as the  “MICFootball” . In addition, we place our players in local clubs. Our team will be continuously monitoring their performance and based on their progression, will suggest the best teams for them.

NG SKILLS
We do workshops and seminars to develop soft skills (NG skills) (eg: leadership and teamwork, how to deal under pressure, confidence and motivation, personal brand etc.) with which players will be able to manage effectively in different environments and cultures, be efficient in their decisions and in the way they interact with others.
LANGUAGES
We encourage players to learn a language other than their mother tongue. Through workshops, our mentors carry out activities to develop sports-focused writing, speaking, and listening skills in Spanish (for non-Spanish speakers) and English (for Spanish speakers).
ACADEMIC PROGRAM
We partnered up with TPT International School , a US digital High School registered with the Florida Department of Education. The curriculum is built to standards to meet strict high school graduation requirements and has also been Approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA®). Students will acquire high-quality knowledge, obtain a High School diploma in the United States, and be prepared to pursue more advanced academic programs for success career wise. For students that already finished high school we offer other options.
